- Repeat guests returning to stay at Woodland Creek Cabin can receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with any other discounts.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.
- This property is pet friendly for up to 3 mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax.
- The main road leading to this home is gravel and steep in some places. The driveway is also gravel and very steep. AWD or 4WD vehicles are required year-round.
- The windows are original to the house and do not have screens, though the home has air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
- Please be aware that there are full time residents living next to this home, and sound carries quite a bit in the mountains due to our geography. All guests are required to keep outdoor noise levels to normal levels while enjoying this home.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
