Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals has partnered with RedSky to provide you with trip insurance, travel services, and emergency services to take care of you during your trip. This optional coverage is calculated at a rate of just 6.95% of your total rental fee.

Accidental Damage Protection

Accidents happen, but they don’t have to ruin a vacation. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is happy offer an accidental damage protection program to our guests. Administered by RedSky, the same company that handles our trip insurance, this program offers you $3,000.00 in protection for accidental damage. So whether a child breaks a lamp, a glass table gets cracked, or pets damage carpet and furniture, you are covered. The cost of this helpful insurance is just $55.00 and is required with all reservations. This covers you and everyone in your group for up to $3,000.00 of accidental damages or replacement/repair costs at the property. With this program, you will not be charged anything else for damages caused by an accident, as long as we are provided with all of the details. Your credit card will be charged an additional fee for any intentional or abusive damages or excessive cleaning charges.
