The Lodge

From the beginning till even during our stay Mickie was extremely helpful. We originally were able to cancel because of the hurricane. So she was very helpful during that time. Answer all of our questions. That's why we rebooked when everything was OK. There was 20 of us and everybody was extremely happy. The property that we stayed at was called the lodge five star house. The owners have done a great job with decorating and taking care of it. Thanks to everyone. We've been using your company for years for our rentals and every time has been great. Thank you, thank you thank you and we will see you in 2025.

We absolutely loved The Lodge! It was beautiful and it was the perfect place to stay with family and enjoy the weekend of our daughter's wedding. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay and enjoy the amazing Blue Ridge Mountains and all the things the area has to offer.

We were family who had been scattered but came back together in one house. The three kids grew up and married and have families--three spouses and ten grandchildren 18 in all. My wife had died in 2011 and my second wife was there. One aunt who doesn't have any family left was with us. We talked, played games, prepared and ate meals, played in the stream, had Christian devotions and went out to church.

Three generations of our family traveled to Boone to celebrate our daughter's graduation. We were all very comfortable and were very impressed how clean the house was. There is plenty of room for everyone! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home! The views were beautiful!

We were properly warned about the Driveway...and YES it's steep and gravel, but ALL our Guests made it up, including a couple with Rear Wheel drive. BUT, once we arrived at THE VIEWS, we realized it was well worth the Climb ! Spectacular ! Whomever designed and built this place wisely spared nothing with QUALITY construction and detail...simply AMAZING! There was 20 in our party and EVERYONE shared that NEVER had they stayed in a Place anywhere near this AWESOME! ( AND there was several Older folks there who'd traveled extensively and they said THE LODGE was easily the best ever in all aspects ) Major PROPS to the OWNERS AND BLUE RIDGE MTN RENTALS for handling this ABSOLUTE ONE OF A KIND PROPERTY ! ALL of us will be back !

Terrific property. Everything you could want and much much more. You need to take serious the need for an AWD or 4WD vehicle as the driveway is steep. We will stay at the property in the future.

We spent a long weekend at The Lodge and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was immaculately clean, the kids loved the pool and the view is beautiful. Recommend 10/10!

We rented a vacation house that was managed by Blue Ridge (we rented via VRBO, but once we'd started the process all our dealings were with Blue Ridge) and couldn't have been happier with their responsiveness. They were prompt, courteous and helpful with every question and problem (minor) we had, and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory, both before the rental and while we were in the house. And their description of the gorgeous house we rented, including a video, was detailed, helpful and spot on. Kudos.

We rented this house for a post-Covid get-together for our kids, grandkids, and a close family friend, and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. You'll get a fine idea of what it's like from the photos video posted by VRBO and by the property manager, Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. All I can say is that the actuality is even better. We were all gobsmacked by the beauty of the house and surroundings. And the house is astoundingly well equipped: pool, hot tub, great pool table, sauna, steam room, movie theater, and more. And the property managers are brilliantly responsive and helpful. There's only one caveat I'd add. The drive up from the main road is on a steep, twisty gravel road. There had been a storm the night before we arrived, and although our guests with 4 wheel drive vehicles were able to negotiate it without difficulty, one of our 2-wheel drive guests found it challenging and another couldn't get up at all and had to leave her car below. By the time we left the drive had dried and settled and wasn't a problem, but forewarned is forearmed.

This place is awesome. The house is in great shape and have everything you need to enjoy your stay with friends and family. The kids enjoyed the theater and game rooms, the adults the sauna and pool area. The town of Boone is really close in case you need anything. Communication with property manager was smooth and quick. Would consider staying at The Lodge again!

The lodge is the perfect stay for your large family. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We loved every room and all of the bathrooms. The amenities really made the trip fun for our family. Highly recommend!

Thank You So Very Much!!!!! we had a very nice time at The Lodge in Boone NC. Easy to work with, very nice and helpful staff, they will call you to make sure everything is set up correctly and on time for your stay. Awesome house will recommend 100% will come back soon. Note:It is kind of hard to get up the hill if you do not have a truck or a 4x4, make sure you have the proper transportation and a experienced driver and that whoever is driving is not afraid of heights.

We take a family vacation every year and this year was the best house we have ever rented. The Lodge was equipped with every amenity imaginable and beautifully decorated. The view was fantastic. We had such a good time at The Lodge. The house had so many amenities to offer. We get together with our children and grandchildren every year usually at OBX but decided to do something different this year. We are so glad we did. Not only was the house amazing but the views were incredible. Blue Ridge Rentals was very easy to work with. Both Amy and Pamela kept in touch through e mails and promptly returned my calls when I had questions. Our family thanks you for an un forgettable week!!

.This property was perfect! We could not have asked for anything better. The entire family from age 23 months to 64 years had a great time. The pool was a hit as were the pool table and ping pong tables. We all enjoyed the theatre room for watching movies together or just catching a nap! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all equipment to cook big family meals. The children enjoyed the safety of the porch and we all were thoroughly delighted with the amazing view! There was plenty of seating everywhere. We didn't use the sauna or steam room but that was not because we didn't want to, we were just too busy! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful home! The Bechtold's

First, AWESOME service from Blue Ridge Rentals. Our contact there, Amy, has been nothing but the best !!!! She has helped us with our reservations and even when we left something in the house she made sure to look for it and even shipped it to us. This is our second rental and we have always been satisfied with them. The house (The Lodge) was the best. The amenities were great!! Steam room, sauna, pool table. There were three King suites that works perfectly for the family we had. Theres plenty of places to sit outside with a fire pit and grill. We couldn't have found a better place to stay !!!!!!!!!!!

We rent a large home each year for my children's fall break and my annual executive retreat. Of all the homes we have rented in the past, The Lodge was by far my favorite. We found the accommodations to be very closely spec'd to our own home and the layout was very comfortable while still having plenty of space for meetings and relaxing. Additionally, we were impressed that every amenity you could ask for was either down the hall or just a flight of stairs away. We look forward to renting again and hopefully The Lodge is available as all of my executives requested we stay here, again. We love the mountains and have always found BRMR to have the nicest and best kept homes!!

We had five couples going to a wedding in Boone, and rented the house from Thurs-Sunday. The house is simply lovely with great spaces to chat, watch tv, dine, and sleep. The porch provided great views of the surrounding (and lower) mountains. Morning views with the sun coming up and the fog in the valleys were spectacular. It's a steep drive up the driveway with plenty of switchbacks, but we had no problem getting up to the house. We used the hot tub which was very convenient with the electric cover rollback. We also used the grill one evening to cook steaks. The porch fire pit was nice to sit around during the cool evenings. All the bedrooms and baths were very nice and the whole house is nicely appointed. In conclusion: we liked it very much and will probably get a group to go back there sometime soon.

Our week at the Lodge was perfect for our family. The house is outstanding and served each member of our family with such a wonderful experience. We loved the location as it was so convenient to most of the things we had planned to do. Boone is such a pretty town and changed so much since I was in college in the area almost 50 years ago!!! The communication with Blue Ridge Rental was very good and all of our questions were answered and taken care of very quickly. We can see our family returning to The Lodge for another family vacation.

Our family had a fabulous time at your cabin. We have stayed at many other cabins, but this was our best stay ever! It was the cleanest and most well equipped. Everyone had plenty of space. I appreciate that the photos were just like the cabin was. We have wanted to find a place that we could return year after year and I think we have finally found it!

WOW! What a house! What a view...My mom rents a big house in the mountains for our whole family. This year we wanted a change and she found "The Lodge". We all love the mountains. Your house was plenty big to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and pool table. I personally loved the theater room! The amenities are awesome! I think we have found our new yearly rental!

To call The Lodge a cabin is a misnomer. To quote my grandson, he liked living in a mansion. This property is quite over the top in luxury and amenities, beautifully appointed, and conveniently located. We have rented from Blue Ridge Rentals for at least ten years and have always been more than satisfied with their customer service. I recommend them to everyone!

We just finished our family vacation past weekend and I miss the amazing house and views! Our family had such a great time with spending time in Boone and just staying in some days/nights! All the amenities allowed us to make some amazing family memories from movie night, to swimming with the kids, to working out, to just relaxing in one of the huge 6 bedrooms. I cannot wait for next year and definitely glad we upgraded (we needed more space). Thanks again for providing a safe and amazing home for us to use for our 3rd yearly vacation- the views were astounding! We cannot wait to book the home again for next year- as well as continue to tell everyone we know about your website and the amazing home we stayed at. Our family of 14, children and grandchildren had a wonderful time. The home is well equipped in the kitchen, etc. Our family had a wonderful time using all the entertainment in the house, enjoying the sunshine overlooking the mountains and having a home we could all stay in comfortably. They would like to make it a tradition. Thank you to the home owners for furnishing the home so nicely and making sure we had everything we needed. We were even welcomed by a family member who graciously offered his help if we needed it.
