Welcome to The Cedar Wood Lodge! This is a single level three bedroom, three and a half bath home near Boone that offers long range mountain views, a hot tub, and excellent deck space.
With beautiful long range mountain views, a hot tub, an outdoor fireplace, seating and TV all on the spectacular deck, the outside is just as comfortable as the inside at Cedar Wood Lodge. It is an obvious choice for those looking to maximize their time enjoying the great outdoors. Stepping inside, you're greeted to a beautifully decorated, mountain modern cabin with an open concept living, dining and kitchen. Perfect for enjoying the one-of-a-kind long-range views through the multitude of windows. The spacious living room features a large screen TV with enough seating for the whole family. Gather around the gas fireplace on a cold night to enjoy a movie with the whole group! The fully stocked kitchen offers granite counters, a Keurig/drip coffee maker, and stainless-steel appliances. The nearby king master has stunning mountain views, mounted TV and an impressive spa like ensuite. The bathroom features a double granite vanities and walk in shower. The second bedroom also offers a King bed and large mounted TV. This bedroom also has a private ensuite with an updated tub/shower combo. The final and third bedroom features an additional King bed with a mounted TV. This also features a private ensuite with a tub/shower combo. Two of the bedrooms has a twin mattress (with sheets) for overflow sleeping for small children.
This home has a focus on in house entertainment. With TV's in each bedroom (equipped with the golf channel, ACC & SEC networks, as well as the NFL Sunday Ticket!), a 'Big Buck' arcade game and Sonos speakers throughout the property, you'll have no shortage of entertainment if you find yourself inside on a rainy day. This home is also equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet! On those clear summer nights enjoy the outdoor fireplace, firepit, or outside TV set. OFF-PEAK SEASON SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount (Excluding Holidays).
Additional Notes:
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers, crock pots, or storage containers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Guests returning to The Cedar Wood Lodge may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
