Experience this beautifully updated home in the heart of desirable Linville Land Harbor and enjoy access to all the amenities in the neighborhood including a pool, pickleball courts, and more!
Beyond the confines of this lovely home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation in any season, an indoor pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing a pet into this home, and for not requesting an exception to the rules.
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-April and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather for all mountain homes.
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- This home has 2 exterior security cameras, camera 1 is above the garage door monitoring the parking area and camera 2 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the main entryway only. No other cameras are present at the property.
