The main level offers a family room with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable seating for everyone, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Wake up to beautiful views every day. The main level master bedroom offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double granite vanities. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two sets of Twin bunk beds and the second full bath is shared by the bedrooms on this floor.

Overlook Nook at Eagles Nest is perfectly located in the Overlook section of the community, which is right across the street from the ever-popular North Pavilion which offers basketball and tennis courts, a dog park, helipad, the Sportsman’s Lodge, and so much more. The Eagles Nest Winery is a quarter mile down the street. Access to Beech Mountain has never been quicker thanks to the brand new road connecting Beech Mountain and Eagles Nest, Mountain Pass Road, just a short drive away.

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets to this home.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payments info, or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You will receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including at the neighboring lots.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
