Atop Boone

My husband, 3 young adult children and dog enjoyed 4 days of mountain fun, hiking, shopping, family time and great food for our Thanksgiving holiday. Atop Boone was clean, spacious, comfortable and homey. We loved the woodsy location, warm fireplace and comfortable beds. The most exciting part was having unexpected snow on Thanksgiving night through the next morning.

Fantastic cabin at the top of Boone. Communication was fantastic, the house had everything you need and the view was breathtaking. Looking forward to renting this cabin again!

Stayed for long weekend for husband's birthday. Loved sitting on the back deck up in trees! Loved having deer and birds around. Deer literally walked right by the front windows! Very clean! Everything we needed in the kitchen! Close to everything in Boone & Blowing Rock! Would definitely stay again!!

We had such a great time! The house was very nice and clean! All instructions were clear and precise. We found out about the surround sound. That was very nice! The bird feeder was a nice touch too! It really felt like home. Well done!

This year, our family of four stayed at Atop Boone. We don't normally do reviews, but here you go. The cabin was CLEAN and comfortable, not to mention beautiful. The views were great and we loved being among the tall trees as well. The property was not as private as we were hoping for (2 houses next door), but everything else we loved about it made up for it. The cabin was located (straight up in elevation) a short distance from Boone, so quick access to Boone was a major plus. The sheer number of deer in the area was insane...they were just a few feet away outside the cabin windows. We appreciate the hospitality that we felt during our stay. The cabin was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. and there were nice touches throughout the cabin that made it welcoming. Another major plus was that the furniture and bedding were in TOP CONDITION and CLEAN. We loved the wall to wall wood flooring, walls and ceilings. Overall, just a great memorable trip. Thank you to our hosts, you do it well.

Our stay at Atop Boone was wonderful, we stayed for 3 months. This was our 6th stay here. The house is equipped with everything you need and is a great place for dogs. The house is in top top shape. Renting from Blue Ridge mountain rentals is a great way to go, they take care of everything.

It was amazing the cabin was big and beautiful. It had so much space and many things to do when bored. There was so much space for people to sleep. Out side was awesome the view of the mountains was incredible you could have everything. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin for Thanksgiving. The views are lovely of the mountains. The leaves had mostly fallen so you could see the mountains pretty well. During the summer months I would imagine it would be hard to see the view. The kitchen was well equipped for our Thanksgiving feast. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time together. I was hoping for walking trails or that the road the cabin was on would have been more off the beaten path. It is not a good road for walking. We did walk a in the woods right around the cabin. Overall it is a nice cabin with lots of games and movies and has all of the comforts of home.

We had an amazing weekend stay at Atop Boone. The reservation process was easy and Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals provided great information and instructions before, during, and after our stay to make everything go as smoothly as possible. The cabin itself was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. It was only a short drive into Boone and thus close enough for food delivery. The deck was a great spot to sip a morning coffee or evening glass of wine out in the cool mountain air. Would highly recommend.

The property was very nice and spacious. My wife and I had a very nice, quiet stay. We saw deer in the yard one morning and the deck outside was peaceful to sit with the morning coffee. The arrangements for checkin and check out were seamless and we had no issues during our stay.

This was a great mountain getaway for the weekend. It was tucked back so that you felt secluded, but close enough to BOONE (5 mins) and Blowing Rock (10 mins) to enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained! The kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the jacuzzi master tub was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying for Christmas and New Year's !! We enjoyed being so close to everything, we traveled no more than 20 minutes to anything and with 3 small boys that is a blessing, lol. We enjoyed the back deck, it served as a great place to enjoy the sunrise and relax as the boys played. We had beautiful weather and were able to walk around outside and enjoy site seeing at Blowing Rock, shopping in Boone and Snow Tubing on Sugar Mountain. We look forward to returning to the area soon!

Atop Boone was the perfect place for us. We were attending a wedding in Boone, distance was only 10 min from downtown Boone. Cabin was great we all loved it..... everything to make a perfect weekend!!!

Personable, Helpful, Courteous Staff! Off the beaten path, yet near enough to town. Lovely accommodations and great space at Atop Boone. The Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals staff was amazingly helpful, informative, and went out of there way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The staff members were honest and sincere, not pushy or coarse by any means. Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is truly a family-friendly company and the agents are genuine and considerate.

Had a great time staying at Atop Boone! Celebrated Easter weekend with our graduate age sons there—great view, beautiful, comfy house and very tranquil location. Couldn't have asked for a better setting. We spent much time on the back porch deck overlooking the mountains relaxing and catching up-would definitely stay here again!

We were totally awed when we walked in the door. Atop Boone was exactly the dream cabin I imagined for my dream vacation. So roomy and cozy. We loved the fireplace that created beautiful flames. Thank you for making my dream vacation come true! It was wonderful experiencing the peace and quiet of Atop Boone for a week. Returning to the hustle and bustle of life now.

My family and I recently spent two delightful weeks at Atop Boone. We were in awe with every aspect of the cottage and the stay. We truly felt at home since all conveniences of home were provided. Lots of wonderful scenery and wildlife, including a small black bear! Fabulous weather! Conveniently located near Boone restaurants and shopping. We plan to do the same visit next year.
