4J Getaway

We had the best stay at 4J Getaway! The cabin was easy to get to, perfect location to all of our favorite spots, and very clean!! The set-up was PERFECT for having our pups accompany us. From the fenced in yard to the gated deck our pups were able to enjoy time off leash the entire time we were at the cabin. We look forward to going back to 4J Getaway in 2024 and always recommend Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals!

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. Spacious, clean and peaceful. Our favorite part was having our coffee swinging on the front porch. We had a 6 and 3 year old with us and they had a blast. Would highly recommend.

House was very private with beautiful woods surrounding the home, even saw a family of deer in the driveway. Nice neighborhood and road was pretty easy to navigate. The house was very big, fully stocked and very clean! We would stay there again! Very close to ASU and downtown.

This is a nice cabin that well maintained. It is obvious this is someone's vacation home rather than just a rental property, because the appliances and furniture are what you would buy for yourself, not what you'd put in a property you don't visit.

For the past 5 years or so my family has vacationed in the same house in Boone in September. This house is perfect for us with 3BR,great kitchen, wrap around porch & hot tub. The neighborhood is quiet & very well kept. We enjoyed watching the chipmunks & deer. I hope we can continue to enjoy this retreat for years to come.

The house was clean and fully prepared for our arrival. The location is perfect for quick access to hiking, kayaking, ziplining, ASU, and excursions into Boone and Blowing Rock. And having a great hot-tub to soak in at the end of the day is wonderful!

Close to everything but far enough out to feel remote. Came with a group of friends to go skiing which was only a 20 min drive to the slopes. The place had everything we needed to cook and relax in the hot tub

Great weekend at 4J. Super helpful when called to ask about the hot tub - have to leave a voicemail and they returned it right away. Great utilities and kitchen was well stocked in order to make full meals. Definitely recommend and would go back

Very helpful communication wise before entering the property. I called the office for an issue with the jacuzzi and they were able to give me the correct answer. The property was above our expectations, great stay. Definitely recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Only about 3 miles from downtown Boone but out in the mountains enough to enjoy the beauty of nature. It was roomier than expected with lots of couches and places to do a puzzle, cozy up with a good book and watch the snow fall. We also sat on the really nice covered porch to watch my daughter sled in the yard. I can imagine it would be really nice to hang out there in the summer too. The hot tub was also really nice. Had an issue turning the Hot tub on and the property company called back promptly to help. Got it solved and was able to enjoy the hot tub while the snow fell around us. A lovely place and we will definitely return again.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was close to Boone for going out to eat, and close enough to the ski slopes so we could go skiing. We really enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage!

This will be one of the best Airbnb's you've stayed at. Great location. And an even greater cabin. The hot tub stays warm!!! even at 12 am when we hopped in after Sunday night football! Will come back soon thanks so much. Great way to start off 2021

I have stayed in many pet friendly cabin type rentals in TN, NC, and SC. This was one of the best. The cabin had everything necessary for a short family weekend getaway. We enjoyed it all (except maybe hearing the neighbors Rooster very early each morning :/ ). One suggestion: to put some kind of toddler bed in that huge closet upstairs. It would be a perfect space for young kids that are too young to sleep in a big bedroom alone. Overall we loved the place. We would return for sure.

The 4J cabin was wonderful! Great location, private and close to downtown Boone and 105 if you're feeling more like a day at the river. The cabin has top notch water pressure, super clean, and the hot tub and ping pong table were great touches. It is just enough indoor space for sleeping, with a large beautiful wrap around porch that is covered. Our group spent most of our time at the house on the porch - the dog gate on the end was a perfect touch. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our week in the mountains and especially liked the huge deck, picnic table, and hot tub The fuse on hot tub occasionally blew and needed to be flipped on /off but the maintenance crew was able to talk us through the specifics and they were responsive. It was about a 15 min drive to several beautiful hikes and to downtown Blowing Rock

Loved everything about our stay. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. The kids loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Although there isn't a view of the mountains, it is on the side of a mountain with the Blue Ridge Parkway only a few minutes away. Recommend for anyone who wants a getaway.

Awesome launchpad for all your Boone, Parkway, and New River activities! Loved the covered porch for the rainy mountain weather. Plenty of parking space for the family and mature trees for screening/privacy. Would recommend the cabin and management company was great to work with, super responsive!

Such a great cabin and perfect for a nice getaway. We had a group of 5 along with 3 (large) dogs. Normally this would be an issue but all that was needed was an extra pet fee and we were good to go. On arrival the house was SPOTLESS and there were not any signs that the location housed various visiting pets. The front porch even has a nice fenced in area so that we could let the dogs outside without having to worry about them wondering around. The location was perfect with only a 10 min drive to Boone and only a 10 min drive to the parkway. The host was very responsive all throughout the booking process and upon arrival they even brought us more ping pong paddles. If you're looking for a perfect getaway for any length of time, add this place to your list!

We had a fun, relaxing weekend at this property! We wre a family of four with two boys (14 & 13). We were able to play games, ping pong, relax in the hot tub or take a quick ride into Boone for some great meals (Coyote Kitchen was our favorite). The house itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed...plenty of space to get our own down time. We highly recommend it!

4J Getaway was a great cabin in Boone, NC. It is conveniently located between Boone and Blowing Rock. Everything was a listed on the website; however pictures of the inside of the cabin do not do it justice, it is a wonderful cabin for any season. Beds were nice, even the sleeper was new. The porch is large and rocking chairs and swing allowed enjoyable hours of sipping coffee and wine. The hot tub had a lock on it, but I called BRMR off hours line and the maintenance person was there within the hour to unlock the tub and set the temperature for us. We would definitely go back.

We stayed at the 4J Getaway. Totally enjoyed the stay. Home was beautiful and extremely clean and well maintained. My grandson loved this area so much that he said we need to move to that location. He says "God can hear me better here." Roads leading to the location were not to steep and we just loved it.
